Faith & Family
As I prayed the Rosary this morning, I realized that the quality of our life is actually the quality of our prayer life. The income we earn is nothing compared to the grace stored in us. True wealth and success is sanctity in the daily small things.
St. Mother Theresa and St. Therese of the Child Jesus, pray for us.
Finance & Entrepreneurship
In addition to having a business coach, I’ve been listening to a lot of business speakers such as Ed Mylett and Brian Tracy. The biggest thing I’ve realized from these new interactions is the following:
Mistakes and failures are important and needed. Had I not made the mistakes and gone through the failures as I have by now, the things I’d be learning from these experts would fly over my head.
My mistakes and failures actually make these lessons easier to understand and more profound in their application.
Fitness
I’ve been practicing OMAD (one meal a day) for a couple of days now and I see hunger pangs as a beautiful thing. Hunger allows us to suffer with Christ, but when I feel hunger, it also feels like my body is being cleaned out. OMAD allows us to have all my necessary calories in a single sitting, while feeling sufficiently satisfied. But, it also burns fat the rest of the day through glucose depletion and ketosis.
I hope these experiences help you today.
To your sanctity!
– Ryan
