Faith & Family
Today, I went to bed earlier, but my sleep was disturbed and I had to wake up at 7 am instead of 5:30 am. My first thoughts were that it was not fair that despite going to bed early, I still did not get good quality sleep, enough to wake up early and work on my tasks with full efficiency.
But, then I realized that what God allows for is always fair, precisely because it our omniscient God who sees everything before making a decision, that made the decision. So I thanked God. God has everything in His control.
Even though I failed to wake up on time, I used prudence to make that decision and faith to trust God that everything I needed to do will happen.
Finance & Entrepreneurship
I’m working on the MDP today. When you nail down your MDP, ideas start to flow to solve that MDP. At the same time, if I could start my business all over again, I would have done a ton more research on my market, our solution and our MDP before investing.
Fitness
At 35 years old, I’m not recovering like I used to, and that’s good. The older you get, the less shortcuts you can take with your health. As such, instead of progressing by 10 lbs every week, I might cut that down to 4 lbs to progress more slowly and with better form.
I hope these experiences help you today.
To your sanctity!
– Ryan
